Big-name brands just keep coming to the world of professional pickleball.
The latest example is rather groundbreaking, with Fanatics Sportsbook signed on to be the title sponsor of next week's PPA Tour Fanatics Sportsbook North Carolina Cup.
With sports gambling just recently becoming legal in North Carolina, this opens up the potential for more sports betting entities to jump into the pickleball space.

While gambling on professional pickleball has been an on-and-off enterprise in the last couple of years, the fact that a big-name sportsbook is a title sponsor of a major pickleball tournament potentially opens up additional revenue streams for (and interest in) the sport. DraftKings has partnered with the PPA in the past and BetMGM has been visible in the pickleball space as well.
It seems only a matter of time before legal betting on professional pickleball is here to stay.
