Photos: The $55 Million Florida Mansion with a Rooftop Pickleball Court
Luxury Florida buyers are reportedly seeking ultra-modern amenities. Ember House does not disappoint.
It's always fun to suspend reality and spend a few minutes seeing how the other half lives.
Then there's Ember House.
According to the Robb Report, "the ultra-modern residence is asking $55 million, making it the highest-priced new home ever listed in Broward County."
That's Fort Lauderdale, Florida, for all you common folk.
“Fort Lauderdale’s luxury market has evolved tremendously over the last decade,” Prestige Homes founder Dov Stark, who reportedly developed, designed, built, and furnished the entire property, said in a statement.
“Today’s buyers expect a level of design, construction quality, technology, and amenities that rivals the world’s leading waterfront destinations.”
Amenities, you say? Sure, there are stunning chefs kitchens and luxurious multi-car garages. Wine fridges spanning entire rooms. And a "coffee bar" larger than most New York City apartments.
But we know what you all came here for. Wade through all the opulence of the 15,000-square-foot, six-bedroom property and make your way to the roof and you'll be met with a stunning pro-quality pickleball court.
Because why not.
Honestly, we'd probably never leave.
