It's Back: Selkirk x Tesla Launch Another Limited Collab Paddle

by Alex E. Weaver on

The ultra-limited Tesla Aurum Pickleball Paddle by Selkirk goes on sale today, exclusively on the Tesla website

Back in December, Selkirk shocked the pickleball world by dropping a collab paddle, totally out of the blue, with one of the biggest names in tech.

The Tesla Plaid Pickleball Paddle by Selkirk looked like nothing else on the market, cost a cool $350, and completely sold out in a matter of hours.

It was so popular, they ran it back a couple weeks later. And yeah, that one sold out in a flash, too.

Well, here we go again.

The Tesla Aurum Pickleball Paddle by Selkirk goes on sale today, exclusively on the Tesla website.

And it's mostly déjà vu all over again: Limited release. $295. USAP Approved.

Tesla and Selkirk Made a Pickleball Paddle
Years in the making, the USAP-approved, limited-edition collab nobody saw coming drops today and comes packed with a slew of new tech and features

The aesthetic has changed. But the tech, we're told, is pretty much the same as the first drop.

  • Full-foam
  • Iconic throat hole design
  • Integrated MOI Tuning System
  • A two-ply carbon fiber face for control
  • InfiniGrit Surface for enhanced, longer-lasting spin
  • TPU Power Ring developed specifically for this paddle

According to Selkirk:

"The ring’s lightweight perimeter structure was tested to dampen vibration and stabilize the paddle face, working to prevent the long-term crushing common in polymer honeycomb cores."

If you simply have to have one, you should probably refresh this link over and over again and hit "Add to cart" the second you're able.

This one won't be available for long.
