Monthly Pickleball Paddle Giveaway Rules

1. Competition Period: The competition will run from the 15th day of each month to the 15th day of the following month.

2. Eligibility:

• Participants must be new subscribers to the newsletter at the time of entry.
• Participants must be considered active subscribers, having opened or clicked a link within the last three issues at the time of the drawing.
• There are no geographical restrictions for participation.

3. Entry Method:

• To enter the giveaway, participants must subscribe to the newsletter using the designated giveaway subscription form. Regular subscription forms will not count as entries.

4. Verification:

• Entries will be verified based on the submission date through the designated giveaway subscription form.

5. Winner Selection:

• Winners will be selected by a random draw from eligible entries.

6. Notification of Winners:

• Winners will be contacted via email within three business days of the draw.
• Winners must respond to the notification email within three business days and meet the eligibility criteria to claim their prize. If a winner fails to respond within the specified timeframe or does not meet the eligibility criteria, another winner will be selected.

7. Frequency of Entry:

• Participants are eligible to enter the competition once every six months.

8. Public Announcement:

• The names of the winners will be published in our newsletter once per month after the winner has been confirmed.
• Winners will also be listed in the official giveaway rules.

9. Legal Considerations:

• Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• It is the responsibility of participants to ensure they are legally eligible to participate in the giveaway based on their jurisdiction.

10. Dispute Resolution:

• Any questions or concerns regarding the giveaway can be submitted to thedinkteam@heydink.com for resolution.

By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to abide by these rules and any decisions made by the organizers. The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules or engages in fraudulent behavior.
