APP Mesa Open Tournament Preview

by Erik Tice on

The APP Tour is back in action in the desert! After skipping 2024 in Mesa, the APP Tour is back at the Arizona Athletic Grounds, in Mesa, Arizona. This is one of the most cherished venues in the country, with many pro events taking place here throughout the years.

This is an important event, as it is the last one before the APP Tour Championships in December. Players will be looking to earn all the point they can to earn better seeding for the Championships.

Covering begins Thursday, November 6th, but qualifiers start Wednesday, November 5th.

I will actually be on-site for this event, both Saturday and Sunday - my first time at an APP Tour event!

Weather Outlook

The weather couldn’t be any better for the APP Mesa Open. Mid to high 80s with sun and zero percent chance of rain? Amazing. With humidity levels in the 30% range, the Franklin X-40 ball will be playing slightly slower than normal with the heat.

Let’s get into the action.
